Tyler Case is a Sandpoint native and a licensed master plumber with 20+ years of water heater, boiler, and gas-fitting work behind him. He started Water Heaters Unlimited in 2005 with one truck and one rule: when you call a plumber, you should get a straight answer and a fair price.
A few years ago — with his son Tyssen factory-trained on every modern tankless, hybrid, and condensing system on the market — Tyler brought him in as a partner to run day-to-day operations. Installs, dispatch, customer visits across Sandpoint, Ponderay, and Sagle. Tyler stayed in the role he does best: overseeing the company, mentoring the crew, and stepping in on the hardest jobs.

Tyson came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the needed part which he identified as under warranty. When the part was delivered he installed it efficiently, made a few plumbing additions, performed some system maintenance, and we were up and running. This is a hydronic installation operated with Takagi hardware. I felt fortunate to find someone who was quite knowledgeable about a semi-modern system.
Tyson responded to an issue we were having with our radiant floor heater boiler. I was out of the country trying to coordinate over the phone, and immediately felt relief when Tyson responded to my message. I appreciate that he specializes in these kind of systems, but also is from a family that does standard plumbing. Our system is up and running again, and I will continue to rely on Tyson and Water Heaters Unlimited for ongoing service needs. I highly recommend them.
